What is a master lease?
A master lease allows the lessee to sublease a property while the owner keeps the title. In our case, we lease from you and sublet to our clients.
How do your master leases work?
We typically sign 3–5 year leases, with the option of a 2-year lease plus renewal for hesitant landlords.
What rules ensure no damage to my property?
Guests sign an agreement stating any rule violation results in loss of deposit and immediate eviction. Rules include: no shoes, smoking, events, mail, moving furniture, noise after 9:30 pm, or pets.
How to you monitor access?
We install cameras on all exterior sides of the property, plus smart locks with unique one-time codes for each guest.
How is rent paid?
Rent is paid at market rate via direct deposit, wire, or Zelle under a 2–5 year lease. Auto-pay ensures landlords receive payments on time, every time.
